To keep class quality high, our criteria are clear and professional.
Required
- Strong English speaking, pronunciation, and grammar
- At least one year of teaching experience (classroom, private, or online)
- Laptop or desktop with an HD webcam
- Stable internet, minimum 10 Mbps
- Headset with a quality microphone
- Quiet space, good lighting, tidy background
- At least 20 free hours per week
- Patience, positive energy, and interest in working with kids and teens
Preferred (extra credit)
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate
- Academic degree in languages or education
- Experience teaching kids (ages 4 to 12)
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, ClassIn)
- Creativity in designing interactive activities
Reasons for rejection
- Weak English or a hard-to-understand accent
- Missing basic technical setup (webcam, headset, internet)
- Noisy or unsuitable environment for kids' classes
- Failure to commit to the agreed schedule
